Hi I’m Nikki Santora, the founder of Ingredient Gal. After nearly a decade working in major tech, I realized the impact it made on my health and habits.
I wanted to create a community to support the journey for others learning about holistic health, preventative nutrition, and overall wellness supporting foods. My mission is to bring together “wellness besties” all supporting each other as they navigate today’s complex world.

I’m Nikki — a certified Integrative Health Coach and founder of Ingredient Gal. I help women cut through health noise and build habits that fit real life. Before wellness, I led product teams at Chick-fil-A and The Weather Channel, so I’m wired to simplify complicated things — especially health.
What Can I learn from you?
I combine professional training, functional nutrition education, and real behavior-change strategy with lived experience. I teach what works in actual kitchens, schedules, budgets, and nervous systems. After we work together, you will feel 100% more confident in how to establish a sustainable routine in meal timing and workouts, what makes your body feel fueled, and live your life without stress around wellness!
