Organic Strawberry Superfood Jam Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Organic Strawberry Superfood Jam Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the strawberries, stirring occasionally, until they start to break down and release their juices (about 20 minutes).
  2. Mash the strawberries until you reach your desired jam consistency (I just used the whisk I used for stirring).
  3. Stir in the chia seeds and lemon juice, then remove from heat. The chia seeds will help thicken the jam naturally.
  4. Let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the jam to set.

This organic strawberry superfood jam is perfect for spreading on toast, stirring into yogurt, or topping oatmeal!
