Okay hear me out… cottage cheese can actually be dessert!
This chocolate peanut butter mousse is thick, creamy, and is everything that you’d expect in a mousse, minus the junk!
26g of protein per serving and with no oven, no guilt, just pure YUM!
Save it, make it, then thank me later 🤭🥄
Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
- 1.5 cups Good Culture cottage cheese
- 4 TBSP Organic Peanut Butter

- 2 Scoops of Just Ingredients Chocolate Protein Powder

- 2 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 TSP Sea Salt
- Topping: a few squares of Resolute Chocolate chopped
Instructions:
- Add everything (minus the Resolute Chocolate) to a high-powered blender. Be patient here, blend until you get the desired texture. If it’s not smooth enough and is too thick, add that additional tbsp of almond milk or milk of choice).
