Hey friends,
As we wrap up 2025, I’ve been thinking about how wildly different this season can feel for each of us. Some of us are energized. Some of us are exhausted. Some of us are holding gratitude in one hand and stress in the other. And honestly…that’s normal.
Wherever you are emotionally this season, I want to encourage you to find your pocket of joy. Your version of slow. Your version of meaning.
Before we head into 2026, give yourself a little space to reflect on these five questions:
- What brought you joy this year?
- What didn’t go so well? And what did it teach you?
- What truly mattered to you in 2025?
- What did you wish you had changed but didn’t?
- Why didn’t you prioritize it?
Remember, there will always be responsibilities. Kids, partners, work, schedules, obligations…and all of it matters. But you are a responsibility too! And the way you care for yourself shapes how you show up for everything else!
As you step into a new year, here are 10 gentle but powerful reminders to carry with you:
- Do the thing that you’ve been dreaming about – what is holding you back!
- Release the weight of other people’s opinions.
- Stop waiting for the perfect time. The perfect time is now.
- Your health is the foundation for everything else. Don’t disregard it.
- Protect your peace like it’s the only thing you have.
- You’re allowed to evolve and grow.
- Build tiny habits that support the life you want.
- Surround yourself with people who encourage you to grow and who inspire you.
- Remember to be comfortable with saying “no.”
- Don’t abandon what matters to you just because life gets busy.
You deserve to enter 2026 with intention, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself.
