Save this for your next Taco Tuesday!
We kicked it up a notch with a high-protein, low-carb taco salad that will totally blow your mind. 🌮💥 And it only took 20 minutes to throw it all together!
Organic Taco Salad Ingredients (makes two big salads):
- 1 pound of ground turkey breast (seasoned with Siete Chicken Fajitas seasoning packet) + S&P + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp onion powder)
- 1/3 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
- 2 cups of mixed spring mix
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 honey mango, diced
- 1/2 cup pickled onions
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- Sriracha
- Cilantro Lime Dressing (recipe below)
Organic Cilantro-Lime Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- Handful of cilantro
- Salt & pepper
- Drizzle of honey
- (Blend until smooth)
Organic Taco Salad w/ Homemade Organic Cilantro Lime Dressing Instructions:
- Sauté ground turkey with Siete seasoning, S&P, garlic & onion powder
- Once turkey is cooked, throw in your diced onion and red pepper then cook until they are fragrant
- Assemble salad to liking.
